Privacy Policy

Effective 9 September 2026 · Updated 9 September 2026

Short version: we collect what you type into the boarding pass and what standard ad and analytics tools record about your visit. We use it to evaluate your fit, schedule and hold the call, and measure our advertising. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

This website, ruorescue.com (the "Site"), is operated by RUO Rescue ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions and requests go through the contact form.

2. Information you give us

When you complete the boarding pass on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

Do not enter bank account numbers, card numbers, government identification numbers, or other financial credentials into the Site. We do not ask for them here, and any underwriting documentation is collected later, off this Site, under a written agreement.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site and the third-party tools on it record certain information automatically:

4. How we use information

If you submit a boarding pass, we will contact you by email about the program. Phone number and Telegram or WhatsApp handle are optional. If you provide one, you agree that we may contact you at it about your application and the program, including by call, text message, or messaging app. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of messaging-app contact by telling us so in the conversation or by email. We do not use automated dialers or prerecorded voice messages to contact Site submissions.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:

6. Cookies and tracking choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work, though ad measurement will not. You can limit ad personalization through Reddit's ad settings, Meta's ad preferences, Google's ad settings, and your device's advertising controls. Because the Site's pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws, you may opt out by sending us a message through the contact form with "Do not share" as the subject. The Site honors Global Privacy Control signals where technically supported by the tools in use.

7. Retention

We keep boarding pass submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and, if applicable, onboard you, and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request through the contact form using the email address you used on the Site, or tell us another way to verify that the request is yours. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider with access limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us anything through the Site that you would not want exposed if that security failed.

10. Children

The Site is for business operators and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

11. Outside the United States

The Site and the program are offered to operators in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the Site and the program change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here, and where required we will notify you directly.
