Full ahead · hazard confirmed
Twenty experienced operators get a telehealth brand of their own in the water now, alongside what they run today. No platform fee. No contract. No cut of your sales. When it hits, you're already doing revenue on the other side.
Ship's log · why now
Your business works. The question is how much longer the water under it stays deep.
Eli Lilly did not sue on patents. It sued on deception, arguing that a "research use only" sticker next to a dosing chart is evidence of what you actually meant.
Six complaints · four federal districts · eight state-law counts · one Lanham Act count · no patent claims · filed 12 August 2026Sources: Lilly, 12 Aug 2026 · Frier Levitt on the six complaints · DOJ, Paradigm Peptides sentencing · FDA warning letters, Sep 2025 · FDA PCAC, Jul 2026 · Stripe restricted businesses · Vendor shutdowns 2025–26
"Research use only" isn't your shield. It's Exhibit A. You already knew the label was thin. What changed in August is that a litigant with more money than the FDA put it in a filed complaint, and then asked your processor to read it.
Nobody here is asking you to abandon ship. The move is to have a brand of your own already in the water, already certified, already banked, already billing, on the day everyone else has to look for a boat at once. When that day comes, the customers go to whoever can take a card.
The lifeboat · what this is
A telehealth brand you own, running alongside what you run today, on pharmacy and physician infrastructure you never have to build, buy, or babysit.
You stand up a new entity, separate from your current operation. The banks require the separation, and it is what makes the structure defensible. What you do with your existing business is your decision, not a condition of the program. Behind the new entity: a 50-state licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, physicians reviewing every order, cold-chain fulfillment, patient support, and bank-approved merchant processing with daily settlement and recurring billing.
You keep the traffic, the brand, the list, and the margin. We run everything behind the checkout. That is the whole arrangement.

Licensed compounding pharmacy with batch COAs, plus a 300+ product catalog beyond peptides to lift average order value.
Licensed telehealth providers across all 50 states. The piece that makes it legitimate, and the piece you cannot build alone.
Shipped direct to the patient under your brand. $13 dry, $25 chilled. No warehouse, no inventory risk.
Your customers' questions go to trained staff, not to you at 11pm. Included in the per-order fee.
Three approved banks, two processors, subscription billing, chargeback support. Placed by the person who owns the bank relationships.
We file and manage your certification and redline your site copy before underwriting. Fix it once, pass, stay approved.
The land grab · why now, not after
When it happens, it happens to the whole industry in a week. Processors pull out, ad accounts die, and several thousand operators scramble for a life preserver and discover telehealth at the same time.
They all join the same certification queue, four to eight weeks long. They all apply to the same handful of banks that will touch the category. They all start building a subscription list from zero on the same day. And the customers, who still want the same compounds, go to whoever already has a checkout that takes a card.
The operator with a certified, banked, shipping brand on that day does not compete with the other operators. He absorbs them.
3+ weeks through expedited review. Four weeks to six months later, standing in line behind everyone who waited.
Approved banks and daily settlement in place while the rest of the category is being asked to leave by its payment providers.
Meta, TikTok and YouTube open to your brand today, at a CAC nobody has bid up yet. Every patient you acquire now is a monthly refill you keep. When the rush comes and acquisition climbs past $500, that cost becomes the wall around the subscriptions you already own.
Capacity 20 · who boards
The cohort is capped at twenty so underwriting and onboarding stay fast and nobody sits in a queue.
We are not looking for someone who wants to start a business. We are looking for someone who already runs one and wants the version of it that can bill a subscription, buy traffic on Meta, and one day be sold.
What to expect · the boarding sequence
Fifteen minutes. Fit, volume, and the medication tiers for your actual product mix.
Entity, EIN and bank account, separate from your current operation.
Built from $500, or your existing storefront adapted to the telehealth flow.
Agreements executed and your brand integrated with the pharmacy and physician network.
Filed for expedited review. Fast-tracked, one to two weeks.
Bank-approved processing placed and live. You start taking cards.

The whole price list
No long-term agreement to sign and nothing to unwind if this isn't for you.
Every line you will ever be charged is on this page. No platform fee, no monthly, no percentage of your sales, and nothing that shows up later once you are committed. The infrastructure was built long before you got here and it runs whether or not you board, so there is nothing to bill you for except what you actually use.
Medication is priced by volume and varies by compound and strength. You see your tiers on the call, not on a page your competitors can read.
The actual decision
The obvious questions
RUO Rescue is a program that helps research-use-only peptide sellers and savvy marketers stand up a separate telehealth brand of their own. Behind the new brand: a 50-state 503A compounding pharmacy, telehealth platform, physician review on every order, fulfillment, patient support, bank-approved payment processing, and LegitScript certification. The cost to start is $4,500 in year one for the fast-tracked LegitScript certification, which renews at $2,500 a year after that, paid to LegitScript. The ongoing fees are the doctor fee plus shipping per order, card processing, and your ad budget. A high-risk registration fee of up to $1,500 a year, paid to the acquirer, can apply depending on individual underwriting; no one has been charged to date. No platform fee, no contract, no percentage of sales. Twenty serious operators per cohort.
Seven pieces have to exist before the first order ships: a separate US entity with its own bank account, a licensed compounding pharmacy and physician network willing to serve it, a telehealth platform, a website built to the telehealth flow, LegitScript certification, a merchant account from a bank that will underwrite the category, and fulfillment with cold chain. Assembled on your own, that is months of applications and a four-to-eight-week certification queue that some operators have waited six months in. Through RUO Rescue the pieces are already built, fully vertically integrated and contracted; you bring the entity, the customers, and the marketing, and the brand is typically live in three-plus weeks.
The pharmacy behind this has been in telemedicine for forty years, and the people placing your merchant accounts have thirty-plus years in ecommerce marketing and payment processing. The infrastructure is already built. Pharmacy, physicians, fulfillment, support and processing run as one vertically integrated operation, so there is nothing to bolt on and nothing to charge a platform fee for. The pharmacy wants you successful and filling more prescriptions, and a monthly fee works against that. It would also fill the cohort with people who never sell, and we would rather have twenty operators who do volume.
No. The new brand is a separate entity built to run alongside whatever you run today. The banks require the separation, and it keeps the two from touching. What you do with your existing operation is your decision and not a condition of the program. The point of building it now is having it already doing revenue on the day the other one can't.
You do. Your entity, your brand, your storefront, your list, your data. We are infrastructure behind your checkout. If you left, the customer relationships leave with you.
You can. The standard queue runs four to eight weeks, and operators in this category have told us they sat in it for six months and still had nothing. We solved that problem. Certification here is a white-glove concierge service: a dedicated account manager reviews your website and your full application package before anything is filed, so it goes in as compliant as we can make it and the likelihood of a decline is as low as we can get it. Filed for expedited review, it typically comes back in one to two weeks. LegitScript makes its own determination and we cannot guarantee an outcome, but we do not file applications we don't think will pass, and we say so before you spend the $4,500.
LegitScript is the key that opens the door to advertising. Certified brands run on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Reddit, LinkedIn and programmatic, all of which are shut to you today. It is not a blanket approval; each platform's healthcare policies still apply and some categories stay restricted. You go from structurally ineligible to eligible, on the same footing as everyone else in the category.
Yes, with two conditions. The merchant accounts are US-based, so the bank requires a US entity and a US signer on the account. If you can put both in place, or already have them, you are on the same footing as a domestic operator. If you can't, the processing side won't clear underwriting, and we would rather tell you that here than on the call.
The seat is still yours if you meet the qualifications. We only want to work with the best marketers. If you have a real background in DTC ecommerce, media buying, or affiliate marketing, and the liquidity to back it, this offer is for you too. Same call, same criteria, same lifeboat. Do you have what it takes?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. In July 2026 the FDA's advisory committee recommended six peptides for the 503A bulks list, which is real progress and the reason this window exists. It is a recommendation. Rulemaking has not finished and the FDA is not obliged to adopt it. We operate on what is defensible today: a licensed pharmacy, physician review on every order, bank-approved processing, and certification. That is the claim set and we do not stretch it.
Keep sailing. Put the second hull in the water now, while the certification queue is short and the customers haven't moved yet. You've read the fare. The only thing left is whether you fit in the lifeboat.
